What a beautiful service today, on All Saints’ Sunday, lighting candles for all those that have passed away in the last year. It was a wonderful opportunity to think of them, to miss them, to remember we always have the memories, to rejoice that they are with the Lord, and to think how awesome that must be!

Reminder: This coming Sunday, November 5th is All Saints’ Sunday. This will be a special service where the names of those that have passed away in the last year will be read, and a candle will be lit for them. Sunday, November 12th 8:30-11:15 Our Savior’s Lutheran Church This is open to the whole community! This month there will be a delicious menu of french toast, ham, fruit, pastries, and drinks! All freewill donations will go towards sending our Youth Group to the ELCA National Youth Gathering in Houston, in 2018. Hope to see everyone there!  

Don’t forget…D.O.G. Night is TONIGHT! Dinner will be served from 5:15-5:45. If you would like to volunteer, we can always use more “Shepherds” to help with the different age groups! Tonight we will start talking about what it means to live a “thank-filled” life. Hope to see everyone there!

Oh my goodness!!! What a wonderful night at trunk or treat! 150 hot dog…gone. 150 bags of chips….gone. 150+ bottles of water….gone! 52 glow necklaces….gone. Pounds and pounds of candy…..gone! So many smiling faces and lots of great conversations will forever be burned in our memories. Praise the Lord for a wonderful night!
