BETTER CHOICES BETTER HEALTH Workshops will be held Mondays from 6:00 to 8:30pm beginning April 4 through May 9, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. This is a Stanford University Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, designed to help people gain self-confidence in their ability to manage their symptoms related to chronic conditions and understand how their health problems affect their lives.
