D.O.G. Night

Disciples of God, better known as D.O.G. Night, has been created for children in Preschool to 10th Grade. Wednesday nights, starting at 5:30pm with a meal, the Bible and faith is experienced in innovative rotating workshop cycle format. Children will work on the same story/concept for several weeks using a variety of learning approaches. For grades 7-10, there will be active Bible studies about the Bible, faith, and daily life.

Our regular schedule will return on October 7th with our meal from 5:30-5:55pm, an opening from 6:00-6:15pm, and small groups from 6:20-7:00pm. We will not meet together for a closing as we have in the past. Each small group will end the night with prayer, and the children can be picked up from their small group room. Please come to the sanctuary if you have questions on where to pick up your child/children.

This year, we will be using a curriculum called Living Inside Out: Where Kids Dare to Live Their Faith 24/7. We will spend the fall through the spring studying things like:

  • Who God Is
  • Respect
  • Jesus’ Birth
  • Bible Exploration, and
  • Holy Spirit

through art/craft, drama, video, and bible skills/games. The 2015-2016 Schedule can be found by clicking on the button below:
